Thank you for attending the 2024 ECLIPSE Conference held at the Royal College of GPs, Euston, London.

This year we addressed the new range of Equality of Care Programmes that transform outcomes for vulnerable patients within the NHS and model their impact on Admissions Avoidance, Reduced Winter Pressures, Improved Equality of Care and Working Well initiatives.

Speakers from the NHS Leadership Team highlighted the key NHS England objectives in relation to the above and addressed how Primary Care can support key NHS England priorities.
